DJH Consultants was founded in 2008 after more than 20 years of experience working for major retailers in the field of Design, Construction and Facility Management.

Our Process
The DJH team manages the full scope of the project from design and architect selection, permitting, bidding, general contractor selection, fixture procurement and construction management. We place great emphasis that the client is involved throughout the entire process.

Logistics
We manage the workflow process from budgeting through completion of the project by utilizing detailed timelines with milestone commitments from the Client, DJH Consultants, and third-party Vendors & Services to assure all elements of the project are achieved and without delay.

Execution of the buildout process from fabrication through completion sourcing and utilizing fabricators and contractors that have proven results in their fields of expertise. Every project includes on site visits to assure that quality expectations are met.
